Premium heat-treated safety glass offering 5× the strength of ordinary glass. Ideal for structural and safety-critical architectural applications.
Structural glazing for office towers, shopping centers, and commercial complexes requiring high performance glass.
Heavy-duty frameless doors and internal partition systems in hotels, offices, and retail spaces.
Balcony railings, staircase balustrades, and pool fencing requiring safety compliance.
Frameless shower screens and enclosures in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
High-rise window glazing and overhead skylight applications requiring impact resistance.
Secure display cases and counter tops where clarity and impact resistance are required.
Glass is heated uniformly to 620–680°C in an electric furnace, then rapidly quenched with controlled cold air jets. This process creates a compressive stress layer on the glass surface that gives toughened glass its characteristic strength and safety breakage pattern (safe granular fragments vs. dangerous shards).
When toughened glass breaks, it fractures into small, relatively harmless rounded granules rather than sharp jagged pieces — significantly reducing the risk of serious injury. This property is required by safety glass standards worldwide.
All cutting, drilling, and edge work must be done BEFORE tempering. Once tempered, the glass cannot be cut or re-worked. Any required holes, notches, or cutouts must be specified at the time of order. Tolerance: ±1mm on dimensions.
